Funny conversations with my 5 year old

Just wanted to document these before I forget them:

Ava: mom, how do babies come out of their mommies tummies?
I tell her
Ava: that's the same place your pee comes out.  Anslie calls that #1 and where your poo comes out #2.  
         mom, could you just say that next time?

(we'll have a proper anatomy lesson when she's a bit older)


Ava: mom, do pop stars care about Jesus?
Mom: some do
Ava: does Justin Bieber?
Mom: I think so.  But lots of pop stars have a hard time making good choices.
(might as well let her know the truth now, right???)
