Grandma Margie

Margaret Rigby Ewing  Feb. 1, 1916-July 19, 2011

Spen's darling grandma passed away this summer, at the age of 95.  She was our last grandparent, and the girls last great-grandparent still living.  She was a positive, faithful woman.  She had 5 children, loved music, and reading.  She remained active in the church and always accepted church callings even though much of her life her husband was not active.  She worked hard running a printing business with grandpa and was so devoted to him.

We knew gram hadn't been doing well, so Spen's first stop
off the airplane was to go see her.
She passed away just over 1 week later

we left all the kids at grandma and grandpa's with Little Caesars
and the adults went to dinner at Little America
it was a great evening out with all of us together

grandma timed it right for us.  Spen was able to see her one last time, and to be there for the funeral.  It was a special time to be together with family and celebrate the life of a wonderful woman.
