Nan and Pops visit

 We were so lucky to get a 4 week visit from Nan and Pop!  We loved and cherished every minute with them.  The girls have spent most of their lives seeing them on at least a weekly basis, and since they just returned home from their mission, it had been 18 months...way too long!  They are a huge part of all of our lives and an amazing influence on all of us.  They are so loving, committed, and just fun to be with!!!  I'll post our 2 trips separately, but...
Here's a few of the things we did while we were in Singapore:

and they went to Seminary with Lis, but we didn't get a pic of that

Pop is an ice cream lover and a bargain hunter,
so the $1 street ice cream in bread was a real treat

and she did a fabulous job

We watched both seasons while they were here...they were hooked!
I had to get these busy bodies to sit still somehow ;)

Pop helped the girls with homework and Nan did all the laundry, cooked and did dishes
I hardly knew what to do with myself...
so,  much of the time I did nothing but enjoy their company :)

and of course Nan gave haircuts to all these shaggy girls

and making our Easter nests for friends and neighbors was much more fun with them
Thanks for all the US candy!!!

I feel so blessed to have such amazing parents.  They are such great grandparents to the girls and incredible examples to all of us.  WE LOVE YOU NAN AND POP!!!

Most of the touring we did around Singapore was with Jory, Mandy and Cayden...so that will also be for another post.  It was so fun having Nan and Pop here with us for daily life!  Now, on to our Bali and Mt. Kinabalu adventures!!!
